Suicidal woman rescued after trying to end it all at home while her husband was allegedly there with his side chic (video)

A nursing mother was rescued from committing su!cide at her home in Megamound Estate, Lekki-Ajah, Lagos State.

The woman’s husband allegedly commanded her to take her life after he brought home his side chic and she went ahead to make attempts to follow through on her husband’s alleged command. 

She is said to have climbed a GP tank with a rope around her neck and was going to jump down, a move that would have proved fatal. 

Her husband allegedly stood there while this was going on. 

Actress Bambam, real name Bamike Olawunmi-Adenibuyan, was on a movie set and heard a commotion going on in the house close to the set, so she investigated in time to save the su!cidal woman. 

Bambam said the wife is from Malawi and has no one in Nigeria, so she felt alone. 

The actress alleged that the woman’s husband has baby mamas and other women that he uses to frustrate his wife. 

She further stated that the husband, his brothers, and the “side chic” were in the house with the woman’s three young sons while she made an attempt on her life and no one tried to stop her. 

Bambam said the woman was clearly frustrated and it took the effort of a lot of people, including the estate security, to try to encourage the woman to come down from the tank. 

Meanwhile, Omoni Oboli, whose movie set they were on when this happened, has given an update. She said the woman is now safe with the Lagos State Government. 

Bambam confirmed this and then urged people not to take their lives “because of one wicked son or daughter of Adam”.
